Pursuing continual education and growth are part of Ashley's core, and has been since enrolling in cosmetology school at age 16. Now, when not behind the chair in salon, she works as an Educator for Oribe Hair Care, spending part of her time traveling nationally and internationally teaching editorial styling and cutting classes, as well as working backstage at Fashion Week in New York City, Milan, and Paris, assisting stylist such as James Pecis, Kien Hoang, Ramona Esbach, Joey George, and Holli Smith.
